No payment until you are in the clinic
Registering, uploading documents and reserving a slot are all free. You pay £185 (weekdays) or £250 (weekends) on the day of the appointment. We never ask for card details online.
Documents reviewed within 24 hours
Our Official Veterinarian checks every upload within one working day and tells you exactly what is wrong if something cannot be accepted — never a silent rejection.
Flight moved? Reschedule free of charge
Airline changes and delays are normal. Move your appointment as many times as you need at no extra cost, as long as we have 24 hours' notice.
Your documents stay private
Passport scans, microchip and vaccination records are stored securely and seen only by the veterinary team preparing your EHC. We never sell or share your data.
A real person answers you
Messages in your dashboard, WhatsApp and email are answered by the Holborn clinic team in English or Chinese — not by a bot.
